About the Artist

I am a storyteller. To take images and give them personalities and obstacles to overcome gives me strength. I look forward to the day where my own creations are able to grab audiences’ attentions so that they become involved with my characters and the stories they tell.My inspirations include the works of those working on studio quality films. I hope to someday reach their level of talent and professionalism, and I continue to keep pushing myself and my art to the very best of my abilities.Born in Philadelphia, raised just outside of the city in the Bucks County area, and now living the dream of being in the LA animation industry, my name is Katrina Tumasz. I am a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in animation. My work focuses on storyboarding, but I have interest in all aspects of animation from character design, directing, and writing.
